  I want to scale my blog page down to just one page with the blogs. I can’t seem to delete the other pages in my main menu. How do I do this please and have the home page just feeding the blogs?

  It looks like you’re not hosting your blog at wordpress.com

  To scale down blog page down to just one page:
  go to settings > reading
  Find ‘blog pages show at most’ and change to higher number, like 100-200 post
