When looking at this site’s menu heading on mobile phones (only), the text color is white with a cream background, making it very difficult to read. How do I change the color of the text to make it more readable?

If I understand correctly, you want to change the menu item color on a mobile device. You can achieve so by using custom CSS . Please navigate to Appearance > Custom CSS in the admin menu and use the below custom CSS. Please note you can use any color of your choice, just change from black to the required color.
