Changing MX Record?

  My domain and email is hosted elsewhere. One week ago, via my domain host’s console, I changed the nameserver info to point to my wordrpess blog.

  Right after that, all email sent to my email address (hosted with the above-mentioned host) started bouncing back to the senders.

  I contacted the co. that hosts my domain and email, and they told me that I need to change my MX record with WordPress (and they told me what I need to have it changed to). For the life of me, I can’t figure out how to change this in WordPress!

  Can anyone help me?
