Hello there!
I changed your MX Record so that in the “mail handled by” area, I added the address given to you by your host: mx.ipage.com
I’ve also made sure the priority of 10 is there. It is. You’ve adjusted that correctly.
If this doesn’t work in the next 24-hours, you may need to go back to your domain registrar/email host and ask if there are any additional MX records you need to set up email at WordPress.com, using your custom domain.
Please get back to me and let me know if I can help further. Thanks so much.

Thanks, they also gave me a bunch of numbers: 66.96.140.188 and 66.96.140.189, but I think they just point to their site as a whole and not the e-mail…I will see if what you did does the trick..also, will all the e-mails I’ve been missing for the last week start to re-populate? Have a great night and thanks for your help!

Howdy,
Thanks, they also gave me a bunch of numbers: 66.96.140.188 and 66.96.140.189, but I think they just point to their site as a whole and not the e-mail.
You’re right. Chances are those numbers are the IP addresses that point to their servers. Let’s see how the new MX adjustments work out. If they don’t, I’ll troubleshoot the issue until we get you up and running.
also, will all the e-mails I’ve been missing for the last week start to re-populate?
These emails should be on your server at your email host. If they don’t download automatically, you may ask them how you can access those emails through their web mail feature. You can actually do that immediately if you wish. You don’t have to wait for the MX issue to be ironed out.
Let’s be in touch very soon. If you need assistance testing that email address, let me know.
Best to you.

One last thing :)
I took a look at your domain registrar’s help site, assuming this is where you’ve setup your email account. If I’m wrong, you don’t have to worry about the following.
I do see a different set of MX records here:
http://support.melbourneit.com.au/articles/help/Melbourne-IT-Managed-Exchange-MX-records/?q=mx+record&fs=Search&pn=1If you’re set up with an entirely different host, disregard what I’ve linked above.
Thanks!

Thanks for all this. I am hosted woth iPage but registered through Verio (a subsidiary of Melbourne) My (removed) e mail is through iPage…soooo I think your adjustments should do the trick! If you want to test, perhaps try sending an e-mail to (removed)
Thanks again, I hope it all irons itself out!!

Ah! Ok, I got excited for a moment :)
I’ve sent an email to your address. Let me know if you receive it. It still might be early, but it’s worth a try!
Thank you.

Nothing yet :( but thanks for the effort! Fingers crossed by tomorrow it’ll correct itself.
