Changing MX records for Zoho mail
-
I’m trying to set up email using Zoho. I’ve verified my domain name with the following DNS record:
MX 10 mx.zohomail.com.
MX 20 mx2.zohomail.com.
CNAME zb******** domain.zoho.com.…which worked, according to Zoho.
I’ve added users, created mail accounts and now have to modify the MX records…which I’ve no idea how to do.I figure it’s got something to do with this:
The MX Records of Zoho are:
Host Name Address Priority
@ mx.zohomail.com 10
@ mx2.zohomail.com 20…but I don’t know what the actual exact steps are. Please help.

Hi there,
I checked your MX Records in the Custom DNS for your domain (located under Store > Domains in your dashboard), and everything looks good on this end. The format for entering your MX Records here at WordPress.com may look a little different from the format Zoho gives you, but the records are the same.
If you recently entered these records, it can take some time (usually a few hours, but in some cases up to 48 hours) for your email to begin working. If you have any questions about this, please let me know!

Hi RachelMCR,
I literally can not believe that this was easier to do than I thought it was. That might even be the first time that has happened to me!
Thanks for checking up on me.
