Changing my blog address?

I’ve changed the name of the blog after the creation of posts and layouts? How can I change the blog URL to match the new name?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

You cannot change your username and you cannot change the URL for your existing blog. But you can register as many blogs as you want provided the URL has not been used. So in this case you can register the new blog (if it’s available) and then export the contents out of the first blog and import them into the new one.
http://support.wordpress.com/change-your-username/Do note that deleting a blog means the URL cannot be used gain. I suggest that you may want to keep the first blog and make it “private” so you can use it as either a test blog or a place to put ideas for future posts.
