Changing my blog from private to public

I followed the instructions found, but under “My Blogs” it still shows the ‘private’ icon next to my blog.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Clear your browser cache and cookies

I see only one blog under your account, honingniyyah.wordpress.com, and that site is set to be publicly viewable. Is this the blog you needed assistance with?
