Changing my blog URL

I looked this up but the instructions appear to be out of date. When I click on “My Blogs” I do get the list of all my blogs but it is not presented in the way that is shown here:

and I can’t see a link for changing address!

Thank you. I clear my cache daily and have just gone and looked again and the option is not there. I am logged in as the blog owner, I see a list of all my blogs but it is a new layout, not the one shown in that screenshot. Under the name of each blog I have a row with these options:
Dashboard
New Post
Drafts
Your [#] posts
StatsMy question is:
Where is the “change address” option supposed to appear in the new layout?
(or alternatively, is there a way I can get the old layout back? I remember finding it there ages ago, that’s why I knew it was supposed to be possible to change the address.) -
The ‘Change address’ option hasn’t changed. Could you send us a screenshot of the page where you’re seeing this? You can upload the screenshot to your blog (Media -> Add New) and put the file link in this thread.

oh wow, I’ve found it!!! I was looking in the wrong place.
here’s the confusion:
when you click on the WordPress logo on the left, you get a menu that includes something called “my blogs”, and that’s where I went looking. It’s a totally different layout, and the option to change blog address isn’t there.
but when I now clicked on my name/headshot on the right, I got another menu which includes an option called “manage my blogs”, and that’s where there’s an option to change a blog address. (and when I got to this page I found it was headed “my blogs”, just like the other one. not ideal really – very open to confusion!) -
