Changing my Blog's landing page

  How do I change the page that my blog lands on? Currently, when you click ‘blog’ in the menu, it takes you to a page that lists all my blog posts with buttons that say ‘continue reading’ underneath. Instead, I would like for it to take you directly to my blog posting page so that when you scroll down to the very bottom of the page it has numbers and arrows saying ‘next page’. I don’t want there to be like a ‘menu’ page for my blog post. I just want the ‘blog’ button to take you directly to the latest post. And when you scroll down the page you’ll be able to read previous post in their entirety without having to click ‘read more’. Any ideas?? Feel like I’ve tried them all!
