Changing my blog’s title?

  How do I change my blog’s title? Under “help” it talked about going under “settings” but I can’t find that. I am thinking maybe that was pre-update instructions.

  i don’t want to change the main title btw, just the subheading that was originally “just another wordpress blog”

  Settings is located to the right within the dashboard. It is a tiny tiny word. You are wanting to change the TAGLINE in the General Settings. Some blogs do not show this TagLine, mine doesn’t. Your’s might not either. You may have to change your theme.
