Hi @crookedtreefinefoods, I don’t see any custom domains on this account. Do you have another account here with us? Or, could you send a link to the domain so we know which site you need help with?

Hi, I’m new to this as I’ve had a third party take care of my domain and who also created the majority of my site with WordPress.com.
My domain link is: http://crookedtree.ca
softextpublishing.com
I’m not sure how it works but I can work directly with WordPress and leave softextpublishing?

Hi –
I’m still a bit confused.
Let’s make sure we have the story correct before proceeding. A company was hired to create your site on WordPress.com. That site should be displayed under the crookedtree.ca domain. Is that right?
crookedtree.ca is still being hosted by netfirms and has not been connected to WordPress.com in any way. The user account of crookedtreefoodscom does not exist either.
What needs to happen in order to use that domain on WordPress.com is the following…
1. Add a plan to your user account. Those are at https://wordpress.com/pricing/
2. Click on My Sites – Manage – Domains – Add – Map it
3. Tell netfirms to update the name servers on your domain. That’s step #2 here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/map-existing-domain/
4. Once that’s done the domain crookedtree.ca will display your WordPress.com site.
