  I don’t have a domain. So how can I change it?

  You can change your site address as mention in this article https://wordpress.com/support/changing-site-address/

  To change the domain to a custom domain, you will need to upgrade to a premium plan.

  Are you wanting to add a custom domain name to an existing WPcom site? If so, please let us know which WPcom website you want to upgrade.
