    Good morning,

To change the name of your URL, follow the steps below:

    1. Once you log on to wordpress.com, click on ‘My Sites’.

    2. On the left-hand toolbar, scroll down to “Settings” and click that link.

    3. Scoll down, then click on “Change Site Address”.

    4. Click the green box that says “Primary Domain”

    5. Click “Edit Site Address”

    6. A window will pop up–hover your mouse over the thatsassymomdotcom.wordpress.com domain. “Change Blog Address” will appear. Click that link.

    7. Enter your new website address and confirm!

    I hope that helps. =)

now I have purchased thatsassymom.com but when you go to the link it still says thatsassymomdotcom
    how do I change that?

I believe that is the website’s title. To change it, follow the steps below:

    1. Go to your General Settings (click this link.)

    2. The first setting you will see is Site Title.

    3. Change thatsassymomdotcom to the title you would prefer.

Your site title can be anything you’d like; it doesn’t have to be the same as your blog’s URL or your username. You can use a cleaned-up version of your URL (e.g., myawesomeblog07 can become My Awesome Blog), or change it to whatever best reflects your site’s personality and topic. Note: No matter what you change your site’s title to, your address remains the same.

    Did that do the trick?
