changing my domain name

  I would like to change my domain name to Mamasbites.com but I want to make sure that all of my content will still be available.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Registering a domain via WordPress or mapping it here from another registrar will not do anything with your content. The domain just points to the same place your WP.com blog is.

  I changed the domain to Mamasbites.com and when I click on it – I get the old website, which is what I wanted. But then If I click on “dashboard” to make changes to anything on the site or write a new post, the page comes empty! Any idea what I can do?
