Changing my domain name

  I am trying to change from ktsmalzz.wordpress.com to katiecakes.wordpress.com, which says ‘katiecakes.wordpress.com is no longer available. The authors have deleted this site’ but it says it is taken when I try to take it. When will it be available if it is not currently being used?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Deleted blog URLs are not recycled, regardless of who registered and deleted them and the only exceptions are made are for URLs that were deleted 2 or more years ago. http://en.support.wordpress.com/recycling-blog-names/

  You can register another .wordpress.com blog http://en.support.wordpress.com/register-a-blog/

  Then if you wish to you can register a domain via a domain mapping upgrade because it does not matter what the underlying .wordpress.com address is when you are domain mapping.

  I’m not actually sure when it was deleted, though. So I have to keep checking and hope its around 2 years? There’s no one I can contact?
