  Hi there,

  The website you’ve posted is using the open-source WordPress.org and is hosted with Bluehost and this forum is for the hosted WordPress.com platform.

  These two are very similar, but very different things.

  I would suggest posting your question to Bluehost support to see if anybody there can help.
