  Can I change the name of my domain to a new name without paying for an additional domain?

  If you mean that you would like to replace norwalkwritersworkshop.com with something like writers-workshops-norwalk.com, yes you would need to pay to register a new domain. Domains are only refundable for 48 hours after purchase.
