Changing my domain name from old URL to new Domain

  My name is Nwankwo Henry, the Domain name of my paid website is http://www.contentsolutionportal.com . what i wanted to do was to change to new URL which is http://www.digitalcontentxchange.com, as soon as i am done with change at >Setting>General, then i clicked Saved. since then i have been finding it difficult login into control panel…pls help me out. I want to change my domain name to ‘digitalcontentxchange’ What can i do..plz help me to restore my website. looking forward

  The website you have http://www.contentsolutionportal.com is a WordPress ORG site
  your best way to get help is
  WordPress org Support

  You will have to register a new account there if you don’t have one.

  Hi there,

  For this you’ll actually need to contact support at your hosting provider, as you’ll need to fix this via your hosting control panel with them.

  For future reference, you can find the correct steps to change the domain on a self-hosted site here:

  https://codex.wordpress.org/Changing_The_Site_URL

  Changing it via settings like you did only breaks your site and locks you out of the dasboard.
