Changing my email

  So I am using WP forms contact us page. The issue is I want to change my email in my wordpress dashboard first. When I do it says I have to verify first. The issue is wordpress is not sending the verification to my email address. It isn’t in my spam folder either. I spoke with google support and they say it is on your end
