changing my email address

  I have had a change of email address. I tried to change my address on my account, but the confirmation email was sent to the old address (naturally), but for whatever reason I did not receive that email at the old account before that old email account was shut down. Is there anything I can do to recover, or do I need to establish a new account?

  Hi there,

  You don’t need to confirm the old email address to change it. A confirmation email will be sent to the new address and you’ll need to confirm there. Can you try adding the new email address here again:
