Changing my email address

    I had a previous wordpress blog, but wanted to create a new one. When I initially tried to create another blog, it wouldn’t accept my email, saying it was ‘already in use’. So I put in a different email that I used to use, but when I tried to log into my old email to activate my wordpress bog my email account said that email no longer existed. So I deleted my old wordpress blog, thinking I would be able to use my normal email now as logically it would no longer be ‘in use’. However, when I tried to change my email in my blog account settings it still says that email address is ‘in use’. So now I cannot activate my blog. How do I change my email in my new blog to the email I used in my old blog?

    Can you tell me the old and new blog addresses?

    Each WordPress.com account requires a unique email address. So if your email is still in use on one account that prevents you from adding it to another account.

    That said, it’s possible to have multiple sites under the same user account. This helps things stay organized.
