Changing my hosting from GoDaddy to WP

  Hello, I have 2 WP domains right currently that are hosted under GoDaddy:
  ceekayello.com and ccmm.ceekayello.com

  I am unable to add themes nor plugins to my domain ceekayello.com, and GoDaddy is not able to fix it. I am quite dissatisfied with their service and would like to change my hosting back to WP, with the requested functions solved as well.
  Can I ask how can I proceed?
