  Hi!

  By website name do you mean your site’s address (itemdeliverblog.wordpress.com), or the title of your site (items info)?

  In the case of the address, here’s a helpful guide to help you do it: https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-site-address/. It also explains how to change the title, if that’s what you wanted.

  And about the template, you can change it any time from your menu, just click on the Themes button next to the Customizer. In this help page you’ll find more information about that: https://en.support.wordpress.com/themes/
