changing my name servers

  Good day,
  I want to move my wordpress blog to a self-hosted blog. To do that I need to change the name servers with the domain registrar. But I don’t know how. I don’t know where to go. The domain name bought with wordpress.com is registered in the whois database with wildwestdomains.com, but i was not in contact with them so I cannot enter as a client to change the name servers. Can you please help me?
