It looks like your social media links at the top and bottom of your page aren’t customized yet. That means if you click on Facebook it will take you to the homepage of facebook.com which shows your personal newsfeed.
If you want to change this link to go to a specific page you need to go to your Dashboard, click on Customize (next to Themes), go down to Menus, then select the one titled Social Media. From there you should see the four social media icons, the first of which is Facebook. Click it and change the URL from http://www.facebook.com to the URL for the Facebook page you want to point it at. Once you’re done feel free to do the same for the other three.
