changing my sites blog address & site redirect

  Hello,
  When I registered my photography blog with WordPress, I did so with the address of ‘twoweekswithpay” – this evening I changed my sites blog address to “margberphotography” – Now, with further thought, I am not sure I had to do that because I purchased a domain months after registering it and may have mapped it to “margberphotography”
  (which is the site address I’d like)

  I now have 2 Margber photography’s listed under my username in the drop down menu in the upper right hand corner of my page (next to my avatar picture)

  Can someone from your end make heads or tails of what I did and if I need to make a correction. Thank you so much. The Blog I am in need of help with is Margber Photography.

  Can you please give us the actual URLs rather than the names of the blogs? That is essential to sort things out.

  Oh sorry..

  I registered it originally as twoweekswithpay.com

  The new site address & URL is margberphotography.com

  The URL & the Site Title are the same.

  http://margberphotography.com/ is a WordPress.com blog.

  http://margber.com/ is also a WordPress.com blog.

  Are they all yours?

  http://margber.com/ – This is mine, yes. There is no issue with this one.

  http://margberphotography.com/ – This is also mine and is listed twice on my dashboard. One has all of my data and posts. The other is empty. The empty one appeared tonight when I changed my blog address from twoweekswithpay.com to margberphotography.com. I’m a little hesitant to delete it because the two seem to be tied together somehow. Not sure how to approach it and could use your expertise.

  Also – on my dashboard under “my blogs” I have an additional blog listed there and am not sure how that ties in with all of them. This is the address….

  Hi there!

  I see the following WordPress.com sites on your account:

  margber.wordpress.com
  margberphotography.wordpress.com
  twoweekswithpay.wordpress.com

  The domain margber.com is mapped to the blog margber.wordpress.com.

  The domain margberphotography.com is mapped to the blog margberphotography.wordpress.com.

  And the site twoweekswithpay.wordpress.com is redirected to margberphotography.com.

  I’m not entirely sure what problem you’re having. Were you able to sort this out?

  Hello,
  I was attempting to merge all content related to my photography blog from twoweekswithpay.com to Margberphotography.com. I ‘ve mapped and redirected and ultimately changed my twoweekswithpay.com’s address to Margberphotography.com.

  I do not want the old site’s title anymore (twoweekswithpay), do not want to see it on my dashboard and do not foresee wanting it back ever again. However, I am under the assumption that I need to keep it and update it’s redirection yearly in order for my new address (margberphotography.com) to work properly.

  After reading up on this topic and talking to many helpful staff members,
  I think I have it all sorted out. Thank You So Much for your reply and your help! : )
