  I doubt seriously that staff would do this. From the FAQ’s: http://faq.wordpress.com/2005/10/05/can-you-change-my-username/

  One thing you can do is register another blog under your current account with the correct spelling and then mark the other one as “private” and use the new one. The reason I suggest keeping both is that you can use the one with the incorrect spelling as a test blog for new themes and such and for trying new things out.
