Changing my username/web address

  Hello to whom it may concern.
  I’ve tried for a while now, and just can’t seem to have any luck changing my web address/username to be the same thing. I started on wordpress over a year ago when my interests were different than they are now, and I changed my blog direction, and focus and want to make sure my name is changed too. If someone could help me out with this that would be awesome. Thank You very much.
