  You can definitely change your WordPress.com blog address to the more desired one by following the instructions here:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/

  Just to give you a forewarning- once you decide to make the change, the process cannot be reversed. Also, if blackstartheepoet.wordpress.com is an address that you may want to use again in the future, then make sure not to click the ‘Discard Current Address?’ box when following the instructions.
