Changing my wordpress url

  I have followed all the instructions on the help page but when I get to the section on the independent publisher theme where I’m directed it won’t let me change the url. Help?

  Are you trying to change your site address? Or just the part that says

  The theme normally shouldn’t be asking you to change the URL, so I’m wondering what you’re referring to there. Hoping with a little more context we can figure this out.

  If you really do intend to change your address from aroughanddirtyperspective.home.blog to somethingelse.wordpress.com, though, here’s how:
