Changing my WordPress url

  Hello, I’m wondering if there’s a way to change my WordPress url as I’m having trouble doing it manually. I’ve changed my name and URL and it still doesn’t work. I looked into saving all of my content and exporting it to a new blog but it’s a little too complicated for me. I’d really just like help changing my blogs URL. Thanks
