Changing my WordPress url

  Hello, I’d like to change my WordPress url to match my new blog name but when I go to do so under general settings as directed I’m unable to. It’s greyed out and doesn’t give me the option to change it. I’ve attempted to do so several times and looked up all the help I could to find out how to change it with no luck. I’d truly appreciate it if someone was able to help me change my WordPress url. Thank you kindly, Jessie Marie
