changing name at top of blog

  Hi, I just started a blog – I had to change the url name and now I cannot change the name itself that appears at the top of the blog to match the new name? I cannot seem to figure out how to do this. If anyone can help I would appreciate it. Thank you

  You can change a Blog Title and/or the optional Tagline at any time on this page > Settings > General
