  I would like to change the name of my blog without losing the postings I have already made to it. How do I do that?

  Site titles (Blog Names) and Taglines located here > Settings > General can easily be changed at any time.

  When it comes to changing the URL or blog address see here and read everything very carefully at least twice before doing anything > changing a blog address > http://en.support.wordpress.com/changing-blog-address/
