Changing name server issue

  Hello,

  I migrated my wp site to hostgator. I am trying to change the name server to be on hostgator. I followed the instructions on how to do so but I am still having problems.

  I would like some assistance please asap as it is imperative that I get the server on that network.

  The migration was done 2 1/2 weeks ago.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Nycole,

  You can point the domain you registered at WordPress.com to Hostgator, with these steps:

  Change a Domain’s Name Servers

  You’ll need to obtain the name server values from Hostgator. You should be able to find them on their support documentation, or contact them and ask for the information. (Name servers may be referred as “nameservers” or “NS records” instead.)

  If you did change it and it did not update, can you provide me the nameservers that you want to change this to and I’d be happy to take a further look. Just to make sure, this is for the domain: theurbanfilmstage.com?
