Changing nameservers?

How do I change my nameservers? The directions that I have found say that the nameservers can be changed by going into DNS records, however there is no option to change there. Help?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi, there.
Are you trying to point a domain name purchased here on WordPress.com to a site hosted somewhere else?
If so, here are instructions.
https://en.support.wordpress.com/change-name-servers/
If those are the ones you already saw, and you still need help, reply back with more info on which part of the process isn’t working.
Or if I’ve misunderstood your request, please let me know.

Thank you so much for your very fast reply :) Yes, those are the instructions I already saw, however, when I go to “Domain Settings” for my domain (loafersstation.com) , below the “Payment Settings” I see only options for “Email” and “DNS Records”. The instructions you mention say there should be an option for “Name Servers and DNS”. I don’t see that. Thank you again for your very fast reply :)

Is this a domain that you purchased from WordPress.com, or did you buy it directly from GoDaddy and then use domain mapping to point it to your WordPress.com site?

OK that is the problem – Now I see that the domain is at Godaddy – thank you very much for your help, I can take it from here :)
