Changing Nameservers

  While attempting to move my site to Siteground, I was told to point my domain to their server. However I cannot find Name Servers and DNS, all I have in my Domain Settings is DNS Records. I had a custom domain, but am now on a free plan. Do I need to buy another month just to port my site?

  Hi there,

  The domain, Ironclad5847.com, is registered with enom.com, not WordPress.com. To change the domain’s name servers and to initiate a transfer you need to log into your account at Enom which you used to register that domain.

  The domain is only mapped to WordPress.com, so neither of those actions can be performed here.

  Additionally, please note that the domain mapping upgrade for that domain belongs to the user, pritdelada, so only that user can remove the upgrade or request help with any changes to that upgrade.
