Changing nameservers of domain

  Dear Support,

  Im trying to change the nameservers of our domain books-bubbles.com, currently managed by WordPress.com

  Id like to change the nameservers to those of our new host. In all the help articles it states that on the page where i can edit the DNS-records, i would also be able to change the nameservers. This isn’t the case in our environment.

  Hi Tias
  Which host are you trying to change the nameservers?
  At your new host or here at WordPress.com?
  The steps in https://en.support.wordpress.com/transfer-domain/ covers what you need to do from your WordPress page.

  You will then need to follow whatever steps your new hosting provider requires to complete the transfer.

  Hi there,

  The domain, books-bubbles.com, is not registered with us. If you need to change the name servers of that domain you need to contact your domain provider, key-systems.net, for help with that.

  I don’t understand why you gave that link. Those instructions are for moving a domain registered with WordPress.com away from us to a different registrar. It has nothing to do with changing name servers for a domain to point it somewhere else. The instructions for changing the name servers for a domain registered with WordPress.com are here:
