Changing Navigation/menu font size?

  I am trying to find good information on how I can change my navigation/menu font size. Is there an easy way to change it, or can someone take me through the steps of changing it, breaking things down a little for me. I have read many things out there that don’t really explain exactly what I am looking to do. My theme is the twenty ten theme, I don’t yet have a child theme.   I am just looking to make the words a little bigger so they stand out more.
