changing new blog address and other questions

Dear WordPress,
I have 3 questions: I have an established blog, and I started a new one and accidentally created the new blog with an address I do NOT want but with the blog name I do want. Is there a way to delete and start again or to change the address but not the name of the blog?
2) I originally set up my blog under an administrator, another person; is there a way to separate my blog so that it is set up just under my name personally?
3) Can I change the email my blog is currently associated with?
my main blog address is currently: kingscatchfire and my user name is kariking3 if that is helpful. I have the premium package.

Hi Kari – This is the blog, correct?
Did you mean to use that domain with a new blog instead of the blog it’s pointing to now (kingscatchfire.wordpress.com)?
That blog is owned by a different user account than yours (salbatoc). If you should own the blog and domain, I can move it to you, but the request has to come from the current owner. If they write in and confirm I should move it to your account, I can then take care of it.
Let me know! If this doesn’t answer your question, please provide a bit more detail about what exactly should be different from how things are set up now.

Yes,t that is the blog address I am referring to.
And this is really a few separate questions: I did originally start that blog under the user salbatoc. If I move it will that change the blog, cost anything, etc? If it doesn’t, I would like to move it because I should own the blog and domain. I’m wondering if it can be associated with the email: (email visible only to moderators and staff) (rather than: (email visible only to moderators and staff))?
What instructions do I need to give “salbatoc” to write in (where?) to confirm that my account should be moved?
Lastly, the other question I was trying to ask but not doing so very clearly is this: under http://kingscatchfire.com I started to create several new blogs and I wanted to know how to 1) change the name of a blog and 2) if I can delete a blog that I accidentally created so I don’t keep a domain name that I’m not going to use.
I hope that is more clear.

No, I don’t mean to use that domain with a new blog instead of the blog it’s pointing to now. I wish to create another couple of blogs, which if I understand correctly, I need to set up with their own individual domain names.
Do I understand this correctly?
If I have several different blogs, do I have one “parent” domain name and then each blog has a separate domain?

“salbatoc” can log into this thread with their account and post instructions in small clear words exactly what they want done –
i.e. – please move Upgrade abc from my account / blog to the account of fake-joe and the other-blog.wordpress.com
the more exact and clear the instructions the better the chance the move is done correctly the first time @eurello checks this thread

Hi Kari – Yep, as @captnmike said, please have that user log in and comment here that I should move that blog to you. It doesn’t cost anything to move the blog to you, but if you also take ownership of the upgrades, then if you choose to renew them when the year is up, that will cost.
You can create as many blogs under your user account as you like, and in fact, you already have quite a few. Every blog has a free something.wordpress.com URL, and then if you like, you can register any custom domain for it, the way that you have kingscatchfire.com registered for kingscatchfire.wordpress.com. Or you can just keep them at their free something.wordpress.com domains.
The blogs under your user account aren’t linked in any way other than that they’re all owned by your same username, so their URLs won’t necessarily be similar unless you want them to be.

Hi Kari and Cyn – Ok, I moved the blog ownership and the premium upgrade to Kari’s account. I left you as an admin, Cyn, and Kari can now remove you altogether if you want.
Kari, you can change the email by logging into the account and going here:
https://en.wordpress.com/settings/account/You’ll receive a confirmation email to the new email address, and you’ll need to click a link in that email for the change to take effect. You’ll have to use an email that’s not currently being used for any other WordPress.com account.
