Changing new post email notifications for Followed blogs

  How can I change the settings for which blogs I get new post, email notifications? I found the page once, but now I can’t seem to find it. I’m getting thousands of emails daily and need to slim it down.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
