Changing “next page” to a blog-specific phrase

    The name of my blog is http://100daysofbones.wordpress.com/ and it catalogues each episode of a TV show called BONES. I have formatted it so that every episode is on it’s own ‘page’ and by page i mean post, I guess, not manual pages I have created that are shown at the top of the blog, etc. But I am wondering if it is possible to change the links at the bottom of each episode entry to specifically say “next episode” or “previous episode” instead of next page and previous page. Is this formattable?
