Changing "older post" and "newer post" to the names of my posts.

  I’ve noticed that the links to “older post” and “newer post” at the end of each post can be changed to read the names of those posts I’ve written. I can’t figure out how to do that. Can you help me?

  Hi Ann, that’s a theme-specific setting, and it’s not possible to change it yourself. Some themes say “newer” and “older” while others use the post name.
