Changing or adding blog domains

  I am at the “add another blog to your account” page and there is an open slot to fill in a blog domain. However, I am unable to fill it in. Is it possible to add another domain to an account? If so, how?

  Also, there is a sentence that states, “If you’re not going to use a great blog domain, leave it for a new user. Now have at it!”. In another area, it is stated that if you delete a domain it is no longer usable by anyone, nor is your email account ever allowed to set up another WordPress blog.

  I am very confused. Please help! Thank you :)
