Changing order of posts

Hi – I want my blog to open on an intro post each time and then people go from there to new posts. However, currently they go to the latest post and have to scroll to the bottom to get to the first intro post. I can’t see where to change this. Can you help?

You can make a post “sticky” to place it at the top of your posts…
