Changing owner

    We’ve had a change in our organization and the person who originally purchased our WordPress plan and set up our website has gone. I tried to delete her but was not allowed to (there was ‘an error’). I don’t know why but my guess is that she’s the ‘owner’ and it’s her credit card on file. How do I change those things to me?

    Hi,

    To transfer ownership of the site to you and remove the original owner from users on the site, the site owner would have to transfer the site to your account, which would automatically change the account email address associated with the site.
