changing page formating

Can someone help me on how to change the page format eg spacing between paragraph, size of font etc. I am using twenty seventeen theme.
I have zero knowledge on coding -

You can change font size in the Customizer‘s Fonts panel. You’ll see two dropdown menus, one for Heading size and one for Base Font size.
Paragraph line spacing requires Custom CSS, which is available with the Premium or Business plans.
