Changing Page Link

  Hello,

  I recently made an about page (futbolpulse.com/about-2/) and wanted to change the Permalink in the page to about rather than about-2. I tried to do so, but it doesn’t seem to let me. When you actually type in futbolpulse.com/about/, it goes to the correct page, although it changes to about-2.

  Is it possible to change the default Premalink to about rather than about-2? Thanks!

  The number indicates you deleted the first page and it’s in your Trash. You can either restore the first version from Trash or permanently delete it there https://en.forums.wordpress.com/tags/permanently-delete-trash

  You’re welcome. Once you permanently delete the first page then you can change the page slug to get rid of the number. Or you can restore the first page and delete the second version.
