Changing Page Orger

I would like to reverse the order of my pages so homepage is always at the top, then about us, then donations. any tips on how to do that? i’m a total newbie bear in mind, so as detailed an answer as possible would be greatly appreciated.

It is in the page order portion of the page in your dashboard. Edit the page and then look for Order under page attributes (on the right). Put a number in there that you want for the order; otherwise, it defaults to 0 and lists them alphabetically.

thank you vivian… i did that and it changed in my dashboard but on my website it’s still alphabetical. knowing me ive messed up somewhere. ima give it another go but thank you so much!

Did you go to appearance widget, edit the pages widget and tell it that you wanted to sort by page order?
I would suggest using a custom menu as that gives you not only full control over page order, but also expands what you can do with the menu such as adding categories, or custom links. Since the theme you are using does not have top navigation, you will be using the custom menu widget instead of the “pages” widget.
