Changing page size

I found the Customizer and how I could change the font, as well as a few options for font size. I selected Arimo and tried the Large option for the blog body. Although that font size seems to be what I would like for readability, the page width makes it look sloppy.
Is it possible to widen (or proportional change both horizontal and vertical settings) to make the font size that I prefer look good?

That theme is actually outdated. It’s worth trying a new theme to take advantage of performance and feature improvements. You’ll also be able to find many that have wider content areas, since they were designed with today’s larger screens in mind.
